William Sim: Foodie Wonder Land

In 2020, Singapore’s Hawker Culture made history as the country’s first element inscribed on the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. This exhibition honours the dedication and resilience of our hawkers. Each stall—marked by vibrant signage and thoughtfully arranged utensils—tells a story beyond daily routines.

All works are in the medium of watercolour on archival paper, with a size of 35cm x 25cm
