The Gallery transforms into a space of art, music, food, and performances – there is something for everyone. Visitors can enjoy free admission to more than 10 exhibitions, including our blockbuster exhibition, Into the Modern: Impressionism from the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston – the largest showcase of French Impressionism ever presented in Southeast Asia.
Soak in the evening with a golden-hour performance, Sunset Sessions by local band HEjiRA, followed by the beloved Keppel Centre for Art Education (KCAE) transforming in the evening for KCAE After Dark: Grown-Ups Only! – an adults-only playground (for ages 18 and above) featuring immersive installations, a live DJ, and creative play.
Continue the celebration the next day with Gallery Rave: Day Edition featuring Exposure Therapy – an afternoon of bold beats and matcha goodness. The first 100 Gallery Insider sign-ups will also enjoy a special treat: a choux pastry and a cup of matcha.
Families with young ones can drop by the Keppel Centre for Art Education’s daily art activity, where kids can paint, draw, or sculpt their own birthday cake masterpiece. Then, continue the fun around the Gallery with Paws & Paint: Animal Face and Hand Painting Fun – did you know there are animals hiding in the artworks of our National Collection? Go on a family hunt to spot them and let our talented face- and hand-painting artist transform you into your favourite animal for the day!
Art enthusiasts can also take part in Sketch Chapter: 10th Anniversary Edition | Unguided, an open sketching session inviting participants to explore and draw freely across the Gallery’s public spaces. Materials can be picked up at the counter outside the UOB Discovery Space – a perfect starting point to see the Gallery through your own creative lens.
For a take-home gift, the Birthday Bash Market features exclusive collaborations with 11 well-loved brands, from Mr. Bucket Chocolaterie, Curious Creatures and Leica to Sea Apple, Bynd Artisan and more!
Food lovers can enjoy nostalgic refreshments from the iconic MILO van and an Old Chang Kee Mobile Food Truck, alongside traditional favourites like tutu kueh and classic ice-cream sandwiches. The Gallery’s new F&B outlets will also join in the celebrations with dining promotions throughout the weekend.
