All 10 finalists of the FSPAA were handpicked by our panel of jury: Lee Chor Lin (Independent Museum and Art Consultant), Gwen Lee (Co-founder and Director of Singapore International Photography Festival and DECK), Lavender Chang (Singapore-based Photographer).
