Our Privacy Policy complies with the Personal Data Protection Act in Singapore.

If you have any complaint(s) arising from the collection, use and/or disclosure of your personal data, please send your complaint(s) to the email editor@sagg.info.

4. Purposes for Collection, Use, Disclosure and Processing of Personal Data

The personal data which we collect from you or from your website may be collected, used, disclosed and/or processed for various purposes, depending on the circumstances for which we may/will need to process your personal data, which include but are not limited to:

(a) Communicating with you on your enquiries, and/or sending you marketing, advertising and promotional information and materials

(b) Administrative matters on your advertisement campaigns with Singapore Art & Gallery Guide (SAGG)

(c) Information of art related news through our Newsletter

(d) Promoting and providing publicity for your events

5.  Request for Access and/or Correction and/or Removal of Personal Data

5.1 Request to access data for Venues listed on sagg.info:

With your personal login information for your account on our website, you can access and correct your personal data any time. Should you need help with the access to your account or should you need to retrieve your username and password please email your request to editor@sagg.info

We will take reasonable efforts to ensure that your personal data is accurate and complete, if your personal data is used by SAGG or disclosed on our website. However, this means that you must also update us of any changes in your personal data. We will not be responsible for relying on inaccurate or incomplete personal data arising from your not updating us of any changes in your personal data that you had initially provided us with.

5.2 Request to access data for all others:

Please email your request to editor@sagg.info
For a request to correct personal data, once we have sufficient information from you to deal with the request, we will correct your personal data within 30 days.

6. Fees

We will be charging you SGD 30 for the handling and processing of your requests to update/remove your personal data. We will provide you with a written estimate of the fee we will be charging. Please note that we are not required to respond to or deal with your access request unless you have agreed to pay the fee.

7. Terms and Conditions

All information published on sagg.info or in SAGG copies is subject to change without prior notice.

Any claim for compensation in case of incorrect, incomplete or missing entries excluded.

SAGG grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the website sagg.info in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. You agree that you shall not copy, reproduce or republish any of the content provided on sagg.info, including the text and graphics, without the prior written permission of SAGG for any commercial enterprise.

Copyright for the photos in the listings and art reports section is held by the galleries except otherwise stated.

You shall not post any information to sagg.info which (a) infringes the rights of others or violates their privacy or publicity rights, (b) is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right, unless with the permission of the owner of such right, (c) contains a virus or other harmful item, (d) is used to unlawfully collude against another person in restraint of trade or competition, or (e) creates any liability on SAGG.

8. Cookies

A number of our pages use cookies to remember:

– your display preferences, such as contrast colour settings or font size
– if you have already replied to a survey pop-up that asks you if the content was helpful or not (so you won’t be asked again)
– if you have agreed (or not) to our use of cookies on this site

Also, some videos embedded in our pages use a cookie to anonymously gather statistics on how you got there and what videos you visited.
