Join us for our Christmas special of A Lighter Side of History with café owner and cook Mary Gomes, who will present four dishes that are usually served in Eurasian households during this festive period. Hear from Mary about the richness of the Eurasian cuisine, and how it reflects the influence of various cultures that include the Portuguese, Dutch, British, Chinese, Malay, Indian and even the Peranakans.
