33 Auction holds a specially curated Asian Contemporary art online auction for this festive month. This online-only auction features important young emerging artists’ works with an attractive starting price, and a lower buyer’s premium of only 12%. Highlights include a whimsical ink painting by Shubigi Rao and a silkscreen print of Zhou Chunya’s famous Green Dog. Also on offer are Chinese artist Liu Zhonghua’s realist painting of crumpled aluminium; Korean artist Hwang Hyun Seung colourful depiction of sweets and candies; Singaporean photographer Russell Wong’s misty photo of Mt.
