This workshop organised by LASALLE College of the Arts as part of the Brother Joseph McNally Centenary Celebrations will see participants engage in a hands-on experience, guided by Steven Lim, to transform recycled materials into beautiful blooms. This collaborative effort will result in the creation of an art installation, “Blossoms for Brother Joe.” Attendees will have the opportunity to be part of a special group of ‘gardeners’ and ‘leaf’ messages of hope, contributing to a meaningful and visually stunning work of art.
The completed installation will be publicly displayed at LASALLE’s Sky Bridge from January to February 2024, coinciding with Singapore Art Week, providing a platform for the community’s creative expression.
All ticket proceeds will go to the Brother Joseph McNally Student Care Fund, helping deserving students in need to focus on their studies without having to worry about additional costs.
