Spend Chinese New Year at NHB museums on 8 and 9 February. In celebration of our national holidays, the National Heritage Board (NHB) offers all visitors free admission to all exhibitions at NHB museums and institutions on selected public holidays. Visit the Asian Civilisations Museum’s new galleries and spaces – immerse yourself in contemporary art, be awed by exquisite masterpieces in the new three-level Kwek Hong Png wing, and explore treasures recovered from the Tang Shipwreck. Over at the National Museum of Singapore, come face to face with the finest artefacts at the Treasures of the World from the British Museum exhibition and uncover our nation-building in the making at We Built A Nation.

NHB museums and Heritage Institutions include: Asian Civilisations Museum, Indian Heritage Centre, National Museum of Singapore, Malay Heritage Centre, Peranakan Museum, Reflections at Bukit Chandu, Singapore Philatelic Museum and Sun Yat Sen Nanyang Memorial Hall.

On 8 February, Malay Heritage Centre and Indian Heritage Centre are closed.
