Cities Change. Print Exhibition & Fundraiser is an event showcasing this year’s printmaking initiative—HandJob.
Part celebration of things handmade and analogue; part rejection of the commercialised and over-produced trend of nostalgic branding in Singapore, HandJob sought to expose the grittiness, spontaneity, and sheer splendour of this infinitely adaptable medium.
Available for purchase will be editioned prints from our eight Associate Printmakers: Mojoko, Tell Your Children, Sam Lo (SKL0), Joseph Chiang, Muhammad Izdi, Aliff Osman, Ong Lijie, and Eitaro Ogawa.
Ten specially-customised Box Sets featuring all eight artist’s prints will also be available for purchase. Proceeds from this exhibition will go to supporting The Substation, to ensure that truly unique programmes such as this can continue.
And if you enjoyed the HandJob Printmaking Studios this year, helmed by Master Printmaker Aliff Osman, there will be a printmaking booth set up at the exhibition.
