This year, National Museum of Singapore (NMS) commemorates the 80th anniversary of the Fall of Singapore with their new exhibition, Dislocations: Memory and Meaning of the Fall of Singapore, 1942. Look forward to a blend of physical artefacts, documents and oral histories that will uncover different memories and perspectives of the war, and the various ways it is being remembered decades later.

Featuring digital elements such as augmented reality and gamification, NMS invites visitors and families of all ages to engage in a meaningful dialogue on World War Two in Singapore while reflecting on the historic event that changed the course of Singapore’s history.
