Echo: Inside out is a cross-disciplinary and cultural exchange programme developed by the Central Academy of Fine Arts (CAFA) and LASALLE College of the Arts. The programme brings together students and graduates from BA and MA programmes at CAFA and LASALLE, and provides opportunities for them to interact and produce collaborative works. This exhibition features photography, installation and video made by participants from this year’s programme. Among the exhibited works are large-scale prints by Liu Chunye (CN) and Hong Huazheng (SG) that combine images from Beijing, Singapore, New Zealand and The Himalayas, and an installation by Guan Ying (CN) and Justin Lee (SG) that explores the impact of waste and pollution on the environment.
