Zoe Tay Pledges Her Support for Dementia

The ‘Queen of Mediacorp’ actress Zoe Tay has pledged her support to the Enabling Festival by autographing an acrylic portrait of herself by visual artist Danny Raven Tan. Danny is the co-founder of The #TiffinGallery and known for his abstract and expressionistic styled paintings. Proceeds raised from the sale will go towards supporting the #dementia community.

The signed artwork will be showcased during The Enabling Festival 2019 at the National Design Centre.

Title: Zoe
Dimension:110 cm x 90 cm,
Medium: Framed Acrylic painting with resin, modelling clay and UV protective matt varnish.

The Enabling Festival is in its’ second year, happening this coming September 6th-8th at the National Design Centre. The festival is a mixture of dementia and related art talks, screenings, artistic happenings, a designathon, and dementia advisory sessions. ALL FREE. Supported by over 50 partner organisations from the community this year, the festival is going from strength to strength.

Driven by their own personal experiences, Danny and Daniel, who both care for parents with dementia and Alzheimer’s, founded Enable Asia and the festival to raise awareness about dementia, share knowledge and support other carers.

When: 6 - 8 Sep 2019, 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM
