“From Now On” features ten internationally esteemed artists. The exhibition explores a different style and technique displaying contemporary art from various perspectives.
Valerio Adami, associated with pop art whose works characteristically stylized bold and flat forms of color, which are bordered by black lines, Massimo Giannoni who paints pasty and profound colors with a dense and substantial pictorial matter that enhances the color expressive power, romantic use of oil painting in the abstract expressionist of Frank Holliday, an extraordinary super realism pictorial technique of Luciano Ventrone, Cristiano Pintaldi who elaborates his images through the pixel unit with RGB colours, Gianni Dessi whose abstract painting in an intuitive manner of visual construction, and Oliviero Rainald who pursues sacred art with deep ardour are the artists in the show.
The exhibition is also an occasion to show other distinctive styles of artworks. An iconic portrait of the Pope by Francesca Leone, Shen Shaomin’s one of his MoMA series, inspired by an iconic painting by Fernand Leger, and an artwork by Stephane Graff whose themes are identity, concealment, memory and a secular conception of the sacred is also exhibited.
