Working with familiar materials, and transforming them with new ideas, this project adopts a hands-on research process – made possible only by the many insightful conversations and working sessions with the makers and designers in a tight ecosystem.
This project works with Singapore designers and artists Tiffany Loy, Hans Tan, Nathan Yong, Forest & Whale, Kim Choy and Studio Juju. And made in Singapore by makers and manufacturers: Mud Rock Ceramics, Shibui Furniture Collective, Baremetalco., Wah Chye Engineering Work, Chop Wah Hin Sheet Metal Works, A Thing of Sense and Synergraphic Design.
