Huang Wen Cheng is a member of Guangxi Branch of Chinese Artists Association, Deputy director of China – ASEAN painting and calligraphy committee, and vice president of North Bay Oil Painting Conservatory. He graduated from the Guangxi Institute of Oil Painting Arts in 1986. He also graduated from the School of Design, Guangxi in 2004. Huang’s artworks are collected by the Australia & Singapore Embassy in China, as well as the collectors from United States, Canada, Japan, Malaysia & Hong Kong.
