HUMANMAKES Workshop: Making Something Out Of Nothing with Miun

Artist Miun is known for crafting discarded material and scraps into delicate, exquisite sculptures. In this upcycling workshop, participants will get their hands on scrap recyclable material to try their hand at creating flower sculptures, a common motif seen in Miun’s work, and, in particular, the Vanda Miss Joaquim. This community-oriented workshop aims to inculcate a sense of awareness and responsibility towards the environment in our patterns of consumption, as well as encouraging knowledge of a Singaporean identity and participation in a
community event that acknowledges national history!

HUMANMAKES Workshops are a series of creative sessions with local artists and makers, presented by the Recharge Foundation.
