“Brilliance of Inksplash” is an exhibition displaying the masterpieces of artist Huo Jia Shun from 28th May to 4th June 2016 at Visual Arts Centre. Born in Chengdu, China, Huo Jia Shun’s artworks frequently revolve around landscapes, birds, flowers and natural sceneries reminiscent of his home country, as well as figure painting and seal carving. In “Brilliance of Inksplash”, Huo Jia Shun explores the majesty of mountains, rivers and other nature scenes with his vibrant yet sophisticated ink painting style. Pairing nature environments with city landscapes, Huo’s paintings exude a multitude of energies that ignite in us a profound, almost spiritual connection between man and the world.
