INSTINC seeks artists whose work is unique, demonstrates clear ideas and a fresh artistic approach, and is relevant to contemporary art today.
The INSTINCAIR program was started in 2009 by Singaporean artist Shih Yun Yeo. Since inception, our program has been created for artists who appreciate the importance of a conducive studio for artistic production and a very comfortable, convenient space for living. INSTINC is an independent artist-run space, set up for artists to pursue their practice with a high level of support and flexibility. INSTINC AIR artists from Jan 2016 will enjoy use of new private studio space, working together with local artists.
