Irfan Hendrian’s solo commission for Aloft at Hermés will be on show from August. The exhibition will open daily 10:30am – 8pm, free admissions.

The concept taps into the artist’s impression of how human’s perception of one material can be shifted to another, both literally and figuratively. This can be conveyed by playing with the property of the paper material. The type of paper, thickness, texture, finishings (emboss, uv spot etc) allows paper to take up a visual language from a different material.
