Joy of a preverbal dispenser

A solo exhibition by Ian Woo employing painting as a ‘mental’ device where modulating forms generated are often caught between imaginary crevices and haptic spaces. Appearances and reflections of voids and surfaces pulsate throughout each work, resembling filters, screens or parts of a structure in the midst of transference.

Venue: FOST Gallery, 1 Lock Road, Gillman Barracks

Hours: Tuesday–Saturday 11am–7pm
Sunday 11am–6pm
Closed on Monday and Public Holidays
