Made In Singapore 2024 will be held from 16 – 17 February in the Founders Studio, Singapore Ballet. Initiated by Artistic Director Janek Schergen as an annual collaboration between Singapore Ballet and budding choreographers, Made in Singapore has seen and groomed many talents. It differs from other dance workshops as its intention is to build on developing choreographic language through a sense of exploration.

The Choreographic Workshop was an incredible period of developing both style and talent. Our company dancers took turns to create exploration works based off choreographic themes given by Artistic Director Janek Schergen, like focal points, speed, silences, props, and action vs response.

Through this process of shaping and framing their choreography, we are thrilled to be presenting five brand new works created by local choreographer, Zoe Jumahboy and our dancers, Jessica Garside, Shan Del Vecchio, Stephanie Joe and Tamana Watanabe at Made in Singapore 2024.
