In this photowalk held at the Botanic Gardens, participants will be introduced to the practice of mindfulness by an experienced professional, practise techniques they can use in daily life, and will apply its concepts to photography.
Participants are to bring their own cameras they are comfortable with. Smartphones are suitable too.
