Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay invites all music lovers to experience four days of great music at Mosaic Music Weekend from 1 to 4 September 2016. On each day, audiences will be able to experience the diverse interpretations of a different music genre including electronic, folk, indie, jazz, pop and rock, as well as discover and re-discover the music of familiar and new artists.
Highlights include the effervescent Japanese jazz pianist Hiromi, who returns to perform in the Esplanade Concert Hall with her critically acclaimed The Trio Project, as well as well-loved Singapore acts such as jazz vocalist Alemay Fernandez, genre-defying band Cheating Sons and veteran live looping musician Randolf Arriola. For the first time in Singapore, audiences will get to experience live performances by UK singer-songwriters Lisa Hannigan and Patrick Wolf, and promising young indie pop band Oh, Flamingo!, from The Philippines.
