The NTU Global Digital Art Prize stems from the premise that in order to tackle fundamental issues and challenges for humanity that Industry 4.0 poses, beautiful connections are to be made between Science and Art. All 14 shortlisted artworks showcased in this exhibition seek to imagine solutions to the world’s most thorny questions, in the hope that the integration of Art and Science will allow us to gain deep insight into what it means to be human, what it means for nature, and the intersections of human-nature in the era of Industry 4.0.
