As part of Singapore Art Week 2023, “Paris in Impressionism ” is an art exhibition featuring renowned Singapore artist Low Hai Hong’s charming oil on canvas paintings of Paris. He went to Paris in 2001 as part of a residency program with NAFA and it provide to be the most important and creative breakthrough in his art journey.
