The body is the single, most important instrument for an actor.

David Glass’s Physical Theatre Masterclass is a rigorous course designed to help you find the physical and emotional centres of your body. You will learn some fundamental movement techniques from Lecoq, Decroux, and Elan-life fullness such as the Fixed Points and emotional gestures. All students will take away from the workshop an enhanced understanding of their physicality, and acquire usable tools and skills to further their craft. Students are expected to be reasonably fit in order to participate.
