Commissioned by the Singapore Art Week 2016, Rangoli Bangle-Dangle explores new boundaries in traditional Rangoli art-making with bangles. Singaporean artist Vijaya Mohan will engage the community in hands-on participatory workshops that celebrate diversity of the local art form.
