“Reflection in Traveling” is a solo exhibition by Taiwanese artist James Wu Zhi Jian (巫志堅), featuring over twenty of his mixed media works inspired by his years of traveling in nearly fifty countries around the world.
In this exhibition, Wu shares his life philosophy via the mediums of photography, ink, poetry, as well as, calligraphy and invites his visitors to embark on a journey of self-contemplation and reflection.
About the Artist
James Wu Zhi Jian (巫志堅) graduated from the National Taiwan University of Arts and the University of Missouri in Art & Science. Currently the managing director of an art gallery in Taipei, Wu’s previous experiences included marketing and sales-related work.
