In this talk, Sally Tallant, Director of the Liverpool Biennial will focus on the structure and the relationship of Liverpool Biennial to the city of Liverpool, and will outline her plan for the next decade. The Liverpool Biennial is the UK Biennial of Contemporary Art underpinned by a programme of research, education, residencies and commissions.
