Second Heaven Revelations is a presentation by Zachary Chan and Nai Iyn Huii looking at religiosity while interweaving personal narratives, historical anecdotes, religious texts, and environmental demonology. As a result of a residency with NTU Centre for Contemporary Art, the installation is an exploration of heterogenous manifestations of malevolent forces in doctrines. Using soft sculptures that emanate child-like naivety, the installation alludes to the porous divide between the everyday and the spiritual.
