‘Shared Narratives: Museum, Memory Boxes & Art Therapy’, brought together a group of 24 elders and 22 students through a series of four interactive workshops and visits to the National Museum of Singapore. The goal was to create a platform for the elders and students to share their personal stories by exploring the social histories of Singapore. Each elder created a collaged Memory Box to hold their unique memories, photos and mementos from times past, as well as their hopes for the future.
Memory Box making workshops happen on 17, 23 & 24 Feb (2:30pm).
