In a one off special, Laudi Abilama will be sharing her unique method of printmaking along with an introduction to the intricate details of how to draw your own Islamic geometric forms as featured in her artwork.
The workshop will include an introduction to Islamic forms and patterning as well as the unique opportunity to understand the screen-printing technique. Participants will be shown how to create their own designs from start to finish and be able to print similar designs to those featured in Abilama’s artwork.
Laudi is here for her solo show at Sana Gallery, opening on 6 March. However, Sana gallery is pleased to do a ‘private tour’ of the show for the participants after the workshop. However, you will need to organise transportation individually.

All materials provided. canvas n paper , paint etc. if want to print on tshirt & bags,
pls bring to workshop.
