Singapore Biennale 2016: An Atlas of Mirrors

Running till 26 February 2017, the international contemporary art exhibition presents 58 artworks by 63 artists and art collectives hailing from Singapore, Southeast Asia as well as East and South Asia.

Titled An Atlas of Mirrors, the Singapore Biennale examines the challenges of the region’s contemporary conditions and positions Southeast Asia as the vantage point from which the world can be pictured anew.

It’s the last chance to be captivated by works of established and emerging artists such as Deng Guoyuan, Harumi Yukutake, Han Sai Por, Martha Atienza, Melissa Tan, Pannaphan Yodmanee, Rathin Barman, Titarubi and Zulkiflie Mahmod – all commissioned just for Singapore Biennale 2016!

Venues: Singapore Art Museum, SAM at 8Q, The Peranakan Museum, Asian Civilisations Museum, National Museum of Singapore, SMU Green and De Suantio Gallery SMU
