Glenn Phua specialises in line drawings of heritage landmarks such as this marker and acrylic piece of the Fullerton Hotel, titled Blue Sky Fullerton
Sky Deep showcases the artistic abilities and unique talents of 14 students and alumni from Pathlight School, Singapore’s first autism-focused school. Through the exhibition, viewers are drawn into the world of these young artists who have the ability to capture to an astounding degree of detail the environment and the community they live in.
The exhibition shows us that the sky is indeed the limit for artistic talents of diverse backgrounds.

Ezra Chan, Play, 91 cm x 122 cm, Acrylic on canvas
One of the exhibition’s participating artists is Ezra Chan. Mr Chan was one of the award winners at the 2015 UOB Painting of the Year competition. He won the top prize in the Emerging Artist Category last year for his acrylic and oil-on-canvas piece titled Play, which represents a world in which he gets to play his favourite games while drawing and painting. Through the painting, he recalls the places he frequents, the logos and brands he sees and the sounds he hears.

UOB Art Gallery has collaborated with Pathlight School on an exhibition showcasing the artistic abilities and unique talents of 14 artists with autism
The paintings on display are for sale, with the proceeds going to Pathlight School and the artists (aged between 13 and 22).
