Stealing Public Space: Artist Panel with Curator

In the uphill battle for space (whether physical or ideological), what methods do artists and curators employ in their practices to bring forth ideas and activate the public?

Stealing Public Space artists Dinh Q. Le (Vietnam), Justin Loke of Vertical Submarine (Singapore), and Yadanar Win (Myanmar), join curator Iola Lenzi in a discussion on their creative strategies. Exploring how they communicate their ideas to audiences, navigate the state due to the sensitive context for some of their works, and occasionally, bypass institutions in order to see these works realised.

Join the practitioners of Stealing Public Space as they reveal the different ways through which they navigate today’s contemporary art world.
