LUDO Gallery by B6T9 Design Pte Ltd is a fine art print gallery, but has granted guest artists of various techniques the space to show their contemporary, current work. LUDO is pleased to host Cinzia Salati’s first solo exhibition.

Cinzia Salati is an Italian artist currently based in Singapore. Although Salati has travelled extensively and will continue to do so, works showcased at the SWEET + SOUR Exhibition has evolved during her time in Singapore. Salati has a Fine Art diploma with specialisation in textile design and execution, and has always enjoyed exploring the use of different materials – stone, wood, paper and wires on top of the typical canvas base. What truly excites her is the aesthetic combination of various material and the different visual perceptions that can be formed from a myriad of techniques. Salati loves to recycle material that we often discard or take for granted in our modern world, Icons Pollution.

Suggested in the name of the exhibition itself, SWEET + SOUR, the audience will be presented with handmade craft that questions recycling and recovery juxtaposed against beautifully crafted figures emerging from delineated spaces, quietly asking the audience to register the qualities of peace and strength in one place, The Balloon Seller.
