The 9 Lives Show 2019 (2nd Edition) commences its programmes for the year with its first online auction of nine specially-designed wooden cat figurines painted by nine celebrities. Designed by Ms Chan Wai Lim, a product designer, the figurines will be auctioned from March 4-17, with half the proceeds to be donated to the Cat Welfare Society in support of its island-wide cat sterilization programme.
The wooden figurines have been creatively painted by celebrities from the entertainment, sports, culinary arts, fashion, and animal welfare communities. They include: Benjamin Kheng, Narelle Kheng and Sandra Riley Tang of The Sam Willows; actors Jae Liew and Paul Foster; and sports personalities Shayna Ng and Amanda Lim, to name a few.
Starting bids for the auction will begin at USD110 or SGD150. The online auction will be conducted at www.32auctions.com/9lives. It will be a silent auction, and the winning amount would only be revealed at its close on 17 March.
