“The Beauty of Ink” spotlights paintings by four outstanding local artists Tung Yue Nang, Nai Swee Leng, Lim Tze Peng and Terence Teo. Tung Yue Nang is well known for his detailed illustrations of Chinatown, Joo Chiat and the Singapore River. Nai Swee Leng is a master of depicting animals and flowers with the traditional style of Chinese ink painting. Lim Tze Peng is the oldest living artist in Singapore while Terence Teo is famous for his paintings which are inspired by his love for nature.
