Bridge of Zen on the Silk Road: Zhang Hong’s Ink-Wash Paintings Exhibition

Curated by Dan Hong, this exhibition showcases a variety of work by Zhang Hong. Featuring a collection of ink-wash paintings that depicts ancient maritime, the Chinese artist Zhang Hong explores the concept of zen on the silk road.

About the Artist

Zhang Hong is currently a professor at the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts, a master’s tutor, a director of the professor’s committee of the Academy of Fine Arts Education, a member of the Chinese Artists Association, a painter of the Southern Painting Institute of the Central Literature and History Museum, a vice president of the Guangzhou Artists Association, a member of the 10th and 11th CPPCC in Guangdong Province, and executive director of the Guangdong Provincial Public Diplomacy Association.
