The INKTOBER show presents astounding ink works of 13 talented artists, veterans of the comics and gaming industry as well as from all walks of life. Beginning as an initiative to nurture good drawing skills and habits, the Inktober initiative challenges artists to produce a traditionally inked work for every day of October. This gruelling schedule taxes each artist to the limits of their endurance in the pursuit of expression and art in the 31 days that follow.
ARTBLOVK gallery has painstakingly collected a showcase of highlights from the artists, hailing from Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Southeast Asia, and will present over 100 works at the gallery space.
A special sharing session with the artists will be held on 17 November 2017 at the ARTBLOVK Gallery between 1900-2100 with refreshments.
The exhibition will run from 17 November till 17 December 2017 at 195 Pearl’s Hill Terrace, #03-05. Entry is free to all visitors. Some original artworks and merchandise from individual artists are available for purchase.
