The Poetic World of Christian Pendelio

Revel in the wonderful festive atmosphere with the Christian Pendelio’s latest exhibition, showcasing a total of 28 new dreamy paintings this Christmas season. Christian is well-known for his whimsical art style, and for turning his canvas into a magical world of fairy tales, spiced with witty allegories.

A self-taught artist, Christian Pendelio was born in 1967 in Toulouse, France. He began his artistic career in comic strips and watercolors, and started selling his works from a young age, starting with classic watercolour.

Most of his subjects are riding on something in search of love, faith & hope. Putting poetry into painting, Christian uses symbolic representations, metaphors, images, shapes, words and ideas to explore the themes of: love, peace, dreams, and fantasy – universal themes that are close to everyone’s hearts. His artworks have the power to take us into other places and to plumb the depths of our most hidden dreams. These distinct, other-worldly scenes capture the viewer’s imagination like no other.
