Making yet another ‘colourful’ splash following its 2018 Asia premiere is The Rainbow Fish by Mermaid Theatre of Nova Scotia, Canada! Presented by ACT 3 International, the play is based on Marcus Pfister’s award-winning book introducing the most beautiful fish in the sea, whose scales shimmer in all the colours of the rainbow. The Rainbow Fish learns to share his prized possession – silvery scales – and gains an ocean of happiness through renewed friendships.
Using the magic of black light and amazing puppetry skills, Mermaid Theatre of Nova Scotia brings together three tales – The Rainbow Fish; Rainbow Fish Discovers the Deep Sea and Opposites. Enchanting even the youngest child, the performance is suitable for 3 to 8 year olds and will take place at Victoria Theatre from 27 August to 5 September 2019.
