From 14 to 28 January, as part of Singapore Art Week 2022, UltraSuperNew Gallery and Critical Craft Collective Singapore, present the story of calico. The exhibition showcases the materiality of calico, its relationship to colonial trade routes, and its role in today’s context.

The artists include Adeline Kueh, Alpana Vij, Alysha Rahmat, Hazel Lim, Homa Shojaie, Simon Ng, Zulkhairi Zulkiflee with an essay by Sam I-shan.
