The Story of Telok Blangah: what are its sounds, shapes and meanings? brings into play the significant stories that relate to Telok Blangah as a key subject matter. These stories not only carry mention of the name ‘Blangah’ but also contain intriguing situations that happened in the waters of Singapore. The family collective, c.o.o.e. works with established and emerging artists and participants from a series of family-centric workshops to present a participatory installation and programmes.
