Art conservation is a small but important cog in the fast moving art industry. While mostly behind the scenes, the role of art conservation is the reason why many works have lasted through generations. Apart from practical conservation work, there are many aspects under the umbrella of conservation that contributes to the well being of artworks.
YH Conservation opens up its studio for the public to discover what goes on behind the scenes in the conservation of artworks. Participants can also attend talks and workshops that shed light on the various processes applied for artworks across different mediums.
