Infinite Beauty traces Wayan Gede Susana’s artistic and spiritual journey. Most of the works in the exhibition are inspired by the beauty of the island paradise of Bali, where the artist was born and lives. Expressing the love for his hometown on canvas, he often breaks out in energetic warm hues of red and gold, and in some works winding down in layers of white and blue. Using acrylic paint in deep layers that has come to signify Susana’s work, one gets drawn into his bold colour explorations, as well as feel an undeniable serenity.
