This exhibition is the result of the cooperative efforts of Women in Street and Women in Street Singapore, bringing together the photographic work of female street photographers from Singapore and various countries. Showcasing work from both emerging and established artists, this exhibition celebrates the diverse subgenres of street photography, the abstract, documentary, black and white, geometry, minimalism, fine art, and night photography.
Women in Street is a global community of female street photographers dedicated to promoting street photography and empowering female artists worldwide. Through themed projects, the publication ‘Her Side of the Street’, and global exhibitions, they showcase diverse perspectives and aim to connect female street photographers. Managed by Julia Coddington and Casey Meshbesher, Women in Street brings together women passionate about street photography, fostering skills, networks, and exposure for artists from various backgrounds.
