Join us for an artist talk with June Lee Yu Juan and discover how she reshapes this traditional art form to make it contemporary. This talk will be moderated by independent curator and art historian, Lin Chaohong, Vincent.
This event is part of “In Other Words”, an exhibition running until 30th June 2019 at Intersections gallery.
Born in Singapore in 1988, June Lee Yu Juan graduated with a diploma in Fine Arts from NAFA in 2008 and a Bachelor in Contemporary Arts from University of Tasmania. She has held two solo exhibitions in Singapore and in Indonesia and has also taken part in several group exhibitions both locally and abroad. “In Other Words” is her third solo show.
June Lee Yu Juan has private collectors in Canada, France, Luxembourg, The Netherlands and Singapore.
